🎣 Lakes at Lindholme Lakes

Lindholme comprises a collection of quality match and pleasure waters, each with its own feel and favoured tactics.

Lakes

Bonsai Lake

Around four acres in size with 85 well-maintained pegs. Many pegs fish to islands that create a varied challenge. Depth ranges from about 3 ft to 10 ft.

Species present
Carp, F1's, Barbel, Tench, Ide, Roach, Perch, Chub, Skimmer Bream
Methods
Pole, Feeder, Waggler, Pellet Waggler, Bomb and Pellet
Notes
How it usually fishes: Pellet tactics are popular; long pole to the islands, or method feeder, approaches feature strongly. Varied water depths reward flexible lines and baiting.
Seasonal notes: In summer the wider water and islands give options for both shallow and bottom fishing. Winter sees more depth-oriented methods work best.

Loco Lake

One of the larger, five acres, deeper lakes at Lindholme, with open water and a small central island. It fishes out to 50–60 yds with depths around 6 ft mid-lake and deeper towards the centre.

Species present
Carp, F1s, Bream, Ide, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Pike
Methods
Pole, Feeder, Pellet Waggler, Bomb and Pellet
Notes
How it usually fishes: Pellet waggler or method feeder tactics in summer; long-range bomb and pellet or corn on the deck. Margins can hold the bigger carp during evenings.
Seasonal notes: Fish often move wider in winter, favouring deeper water. Summer can see greater activity around features and margins.
